Sugarcane Burning Class Action Lawsuit

The Berman Law Group has recently filed a class action and demanded a jury trial on behalf of plaintiffs who may be negatively affected by sugar companies that conduct widespread sugarcane pre-harvest burns. The smoke and ash that fills the air during these seasonal burns may be linked to a number of serious health problems, as well as property damage.
